Sam and Will are brothers. George looks after every client from the first visit to the last day. Between the three of them there is groundwork, internals and the client side, so nobody on your job is a stranger to us.
You will know exactly who is on your job
Most builders you ring are one bloke with a list of mates. The bricklayers are a different number, the groundworkers are a different number, the internals are a different guy. None of it is under one umbrella. Ours is.

Why in-house matters more than it sounds
Most builders are one person with a list of numbers. The bricklayers are one firm, the groundworkers another, the internals a third, the landscaping a fourth. When one of them is late, everything behind them moves, and nobody owns the delay.
We do all of it. If the groundwork slips, Sam knows before you do, and Will moves the internals to suit. There is nobody to blame and nobody to chase, which is the whole point.
It is also why we can tell you honestly whether a job is right for us. We would rather turn something down than hold it up.
The first visit is a conversation, not a pitch
From the point you ask to see us, we are usually at your door the same week, sometimes the same day. We walk round, listen to what is annoying you about the house, and tell you what we would do.
Sometimes that is a smaller job than you came for. Sometimes it is that you need architect’s drawings before anyone can price it honestly. Either way you will know where you stand before we leave.
