Rear and side extensions, knock throughs, garage conversions and whole house renovations. We dig the foundations, lay the brick, fit the kitchen and sort the building control, with the same team on site throughout.
You might not need an extension at all
A lot of people ring us wanting more space and assume the answer is building outwards. Often it is not. A structural knock through between two rooms can give you the open plan kitchen you were picturing for a fraction of an extension, with no planning and a fortnight on site.
We would rather tell you that on the first visit than sell you something bigger.

Rear and side extensions
Single and double storey. Kitchen and dining extensions are the bulk of what we do, usually with bifolds and a roof light or three.
Structural knock throughs
Steel in, wall out, made good. The cheapest way to change how a house feels.
Garage conversions
Insulated, damp proofed and brought up to habitable standard, with the paperwork to match.
Full house renovations
Stuart and Emma’s in Findon was a garage conversion, structural alterations, second fix carpentry and a new kitchen. Four months, start to finish.

If you are staying put during the build, project managing it yourself is not really an option. Walls come down, there is dust everywhere and trades are in and out. That is the part we take off you.
